The Saudi bourse said the rights issue of Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Ma’aden) will close on Thursday, Nov. 27, according to Tadawul website.
The company launched on November 18 its rights issue to raise capital by SAR 5.6 billion.
Accordingly, this is the third largest capital increase after those of Riyad Bank and Saudi Zain, as they increased their capital by SAR 15 billion and SAR 6 billion, respectively.
